Adventure Capital is part of The Pollard Management Company which is based upon a broad and relational view of capital that recognises the importance of social, environmental and manufactured capital as well as the financial kind.
Therefore, when we work with a partner organisation we don’t just provide financial capital. Indeed sometimes we don’t offer finance at all – preferring to provide our manufactured capital such as our products or expertise from Pollard Productions or The Ideas Development Company.
And the return we seek is not always financial. Indeed sometimes we don’t seek a financial return at all but invest capital free of financial charge in order to help the partner organisation to develop other forms of capital, for the good of everyone.
Always we will only invest in organisations that share (or are willing to share) our broad and relational view of capital .
